These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Dongguan, China.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
